Information we collect
- Contact details: name, phone, email, contact preference.
- Move details: addresses or cities, date, property type, floors, inventory, special items, notes and photos you send us.
- Billing and payment information needed for the service.
We collect this information directly from you, through the website, phone, text or email.
Why we use it
- To prepare your estimate and quote.
- To book, plan and carry out the move or transport.
- To communicate with you (confirmation, reminder, follow-up).
- To bill and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To ask for your feedback after the service, if you agree.
We never sell your information and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
Cookies and tracking
The site only uses what it needs to work (for example, remembering your cookie choice). No tracking, profiling or advertising cookie is enabled by default. If an analytics tool is added, it will only run with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Fonts and the estimate map are hosted on our own site: no third-party service is contacted to display them.
To suggest complete addresses in the estimate, the text you type in the address fields is sent to the Photon service (Komoot, OpenStreetMap data), whose servers are in Germany. No other information is sent.
Sharing and hosting
Only the people in our company who need your information to provide the service can access it. We use technology providers (for example, website hosting, email and office tools) that may store data outside Quebec. Before using them, we assess that they offer adequate protection, and agreements govern their use.
Retention and security
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations. It is then securely destroyed. We take reasonable measures to protect it (restricted access, protected accounts, encrypted transmission).
Your rights
- Access your information and get a copy.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdraw your consent or ask that your information be deleted, subject to our legal obligations.
- Ask that your information be sent to you in a structured, commonly used technological format.
Write to the person in charge above. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Confidentiality incidents
If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information, and we keep a register of incidents.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
