What area do you serve?
Our trucks leave from Victoriaville, Drummondville or Trois-Rivières, and we go anywhere in Quebec.
How fast do you reply?
The online estimate gives you a price right away. For the official quote, we get back to you within 24 business hours.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes, 3 hours for a move or a heavy item. A hot tub is 1 hour plus the hot tub fee, with no minimum hours. Deliveries have a minimum price instead of minimum hours.
How do you protect my things?
Every piece of furniture is wrapped before it goes out. Floor runners, door frame protection, straps in the truck. It’s included.
How do booking fees work?
A booking fee confirms your date. The amount and terms are written in your quote before you accept.
Can I change my date?
Call us as soon as possible. We move your booking if a crew is free on the new date.
Do you move heavy items?
Yes. Pianos, safes, hot tubs, saunas: send us a photo and measurements and we’ll tell you how we’ll do it.
What should I prepare?
Closed and labelled boxes, clear walkways and a spot for the truck. We handle the rest.
Do you move in winter?
Yes, all year. Just make sure the driveway, steps and balcony are cleared of snow.
What if something gets damaged?
Call us quickly with photos and your quote number. The terms are the ones written in your quote.
